{"id":1231,"date":"2021-04-22T15:17:00","date_gmt":"2021-04-22T20:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co:8000\/?p=1231"},"modified":"2022-07-13T15:20:57","modified_gmt":"2022-07-13T20:20:57","slug":"comunicado-tm-solutions-se-realizaron-cambios-y-ajustes-en-tm-land-%e2%9a%99%ef%b8%8f%f0%9f%91%a8%f0%9f%8f%bb%f0%9f%92%bb%f0%9f%93%8a","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co\/?p=1231","title":{"rendered":"Comunicado TM SOLUTIONS &#8211; Se realizaron cambios y ajustes en TM Land. \u2699\ufe0f\ud83d\udc68\ud83c\udffb\u200d\ud83d\udcbb\ud83d\udcca"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Medell\u00edn, 22 de abril del 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se\u00f1ores(as)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Clientes de TM Solutions S.A.S.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asunto: Comunicado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cordial saludo,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante los \u00faltimos d\u00edas, se han venido presentando intermitencias en el servicio de la aplicaci\u00f3n TM Land, lo cual ha generado interrupciones del servicio. <strong>De antemano ofrecemos disculpas por los inconvenientes ocasionados.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para aclarar lo sucedido, les compartimos un informe detallado de lo que paso durante esos d\u00edas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La aplicaci\u00f3n TM Land, corr\u00eda desde hace 4 a\u00f1os en un servidor dedicado, alojado en Alemania, con caracter\u00edsticas suficientes para soportar el tr\u00e1fico actual, no obstante, como parte de nuestro mejoramiento continuo, decidimos hacer un dise\u00f1o diferente de la infraestructura, para poder tener replicaci\u00f3n (<strong>Espejo de los datos<\/strong>) por lo menos en 2 servidores diferentes, con el fin de salvaguardar uno de los activos m\u00e1s preciados de nuestros clientes, su informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicional a&nbsp;esto se busc\u00f3 separar los diferentes clientes en diferentes Data Centers (<strong>Centro de procesamiento de datos<\/strong>), para as\u00ed tener mayor disponibilidad de recursos por cada cliente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta tarea ardua y complicada, se ha venido haciendo desde hace 2 meses, cambiando la arquitectura de la aplicaci\u00f3n TM Land, y redise\u00f1\u00e1ndola, para soportar este tipo de infraestructura.
