\u00bfQUE SE BUSCA? \ud83e\udd14"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"905\" height=\"503\" src=\"https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co:8000\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-38.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1188\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-38.png 905w, https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-38-300x167.png 300w, https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-38-768x427.png 768w, https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-38-600x333.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 905px) 100vw, 905px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Transportadores con hasta 2 veh\u00edculos de transporte p\u00fablico de pasajeros y\/o 2 veh\u00edculos de transporte p\u00fablico o particular de carga podr\u00e1n postularse para el <strong>IVA CREI,<\/strong> un incentivo tributario adicional creado por el gobierno que permite a los peque\u00f1os propietarios modernizar los veh\u00edculos para la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio publico del transporte de pasajeros y del servicio publico particular de carga, con una reducci\u00f3n significativa de su coso de inversi\u00f3n y operaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As\u00ed ir reduciendo la edad promedio del parque automotor; y con esto generar una mayor competitividad, seguridad vial y <strong>mejorar la calidad del aire por la reducci\u00f3n de las emisiones de material particulado y CO2<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Para acceder al beneficio del <strong>IVACREI<\/strong> en los veh\u00edculos de transporte de pasajeros deber\u00e1n cumplir con las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El beneficiario o los beneficiarios est\u00e9n inscritos en el registro \u00fanico nacional de transito RUNT<\/li><li>En estado Activo<\/li><li>Informaci\u00f3n actualizada<\/li><li>Que el veh\u00edculo a reponer este libre de todo gravamen o afectaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica que limite la libre disposici\u00f3n del automotor<\/li><li>El veh\u00edculo objeto de reposici\u00f3n sea de servicio de transporte p\u00fablico de pasajeros y este registrado en el registro \u00fanico nacional de transito RUNT<\/li><li>El veh\u00edculo a desintegrar tenga tarjeta de operaci\u00f3n vigente o haya tenido tarjeta de operaci\u00f3n e alg\u00fan periodo en los 3 a\u00f1os anteriores a la presentaci\u00f3n de la solicitud.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Para acceder al beneficio del <strong>IVACREI<\/strong> en los veh\u00edculos de transporte p\u00fablico particular de carga deber\u00e1n cumplir con las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>El beneficiario o los beneficiarios est\u00e9n inscritos en el registro \u00fanico nacional de transito RUNT<\/li><li>En estado Activo<\/li><li>Informaci\u00f3n actualizada<\/li><li>Que el veh\u00edculo a reponer sea de servicio de transporte p\u00fablico o particular de carga, de mas de 10.5 toneladas de peso bruto vehicular y este registrado en el registro \u00fanico nacional de carga.<\/li><li>Que el veh\u00edculo de servicio de transporte de carga a reponer se encuentre libre de todo gravamen o afectaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vigencia del beneficio;<\/strong> los propietarios de los veh\u00edculos, que durante el termino de 5 a\u00f1os contados desde el 27 de diciembre de 2019, efect\u00faen la reposici\u00f3n de 1 o 2 veh\u00edculos propios de pasajeros y\/o de carga, por una \u00fanica vez, siempre y cuando cumplan con las condiciones para la obtenci\u00f3n del certificado de cumplimiento de requisitos para el registro inicial del veh\u00edculo nuevo en reposici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Transportadores con hasta 2 veh\u00edculos de transporte p\u00fablico de pasajeros y\/o 2 veh\u00edculos de transporte p\u00fablico o particular de carga podr\u00e1n postularse para el IVA CREI, un incentivo tributario adicional creado por el gobierno que permite a los peque\u00f1os propietarios modernizar los veh\u00edculos para la prestaci\u00f3n del servicio publico del transporte de pasajeros y del [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[23],"tags":[26],"class_list":["post-1187","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-noticias","tag-noticiastm"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>IVACREI, \ud83e\udd14 \u00bfQU\u00c9S ES?
