{"id":1156,"date":"2019-11-20T16:41:00","date_gmt":"2019-11-20T21:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co:8000\/?p=1156"},"modified":"2022-07-12T16:47:47","modified_gmt":"2022-07-12T21:47:47","slug":"actualizacion-para-vehiculos-de-carga-que-presentan-omision-en-su-registro-inicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co\/?p=1156","title":{"rendered":"Actualizaci\u00f3n para veh\u00edculos de carga que presentan omisi\u00f3n en su registro inicial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Veh\u00edculos de carga podr\u00e1n normalizar su situaci\u00f3n.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co:8000\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-29.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1158\" width=\"662\" height=\"388\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-29.png 607w, https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-29-300x176.png 300w, https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-29-600x352.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 662px) 100vw, 662px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio de Transporte manifest\u00f3 que la expedici\u00f3n de la Resoluci\u00f3n 0003913 es un compromiso firme y real del Gobierno Nacional con la legalidad en el sector transporte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo con la resoluci\u00f3n <strong>3913 de 27 de agosto de 2019<\/strong>, podr\u00e1n subsanar las omisiones presentadas en el registro inicial de un veh\u00edculo de transporte de carga, mediante tres tipos de normalizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Veh\u00edculos cuyo registro inicial se realiz\u00f3 sin la certificaci\u00f3n de cumplimiento de requisitos o sin la certificaci\u00f3n de aprobaci\u00f3n de la cauci\u00f3n expedida por el ministerio de transporte.<\/li><li>Veh\u00edculos matriculados con la certificaci\u00f3n de cumplimiento de requisitos o la certificaci\u00f3n de aprobaci\u00f3n de la cauci\u00f3n expedida por el ministerio de transporte de acuerdo con las normas vigentes para ese momento, y que estaba destinada al registro de otro veh\u00edculo, a\u00fan si el mismo fue utilizado o no.<\/li><li>Veh\u00edculos matriculados con la certificaci\u00f3n de cumplimiento a requisitos o la certificaci\u00f3n de aprobaci\u00f3n de la cauci\u00f3n no expedidos por el ministerio de transporte.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Generadores de carga o empresas de transporte de carga que contraten veh\u00edculos con anotaci\u00f3n de omisiones en el registro inicial en el sistema RUNT y en el RNDC, al igual que las sociedades portuarias que los enturnen, ser\u00e1n investigados por parte de la Superintendencia de Transporte.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>A la fecha, el Ministerio de Transporte ha identificado 13.289 veh\u00edculos con esta situaci\u00f3n<\/li><li>En total desde noviembre de 2018 a la fecha se ha generado anotaci\u00f3n como veh\u00edculos con omisi\u00f3n en su registro inicial a 5.086 automotores.<\/li><li>Los interesados podr\u00e1n consultar el estado de los veh\u00edculos en los canales habilitados por Mintransporte, los cuales se actualizan peri\u00f3dicamente.<\/li><li>Los veh\u00edculos que presenten omisi\u00f3n en su registro inicial podr\u00e1n adelantar el tr\u00e1mite de Normalizaci\u00f3n dentro del t\u00e9rmino de dos a\u00f1os, contados a partir de la expedici\u00f3n de la Resoluci\u00f3n 3913, el 27 de agosto de 2019.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n en los siguientes links<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.runt.com.co\/ciudadano\/normalizacion-de-vehiculos-de-carga\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.runt.com.co\/ciudadano\/normalizacion-de-vehiculos-de-carga<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mintransporte.gov.co\/publicaciones\/7689\/vehiculos-de-carga-con-omision-en-su-matricula-inicial-podran-normalizar-su-situacion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.mintransporte.gov.co\/publicaciones\/7689\/vehiculos-de-carga-con-omision-en-su-matricula-inicial-podran-normalizar-su-situacion\/<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co:8000\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-30.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1161\" width=\"826\" height=\"413\" srcset=\"https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-30.png 700w, https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-30-300x150.png 300w, https:\/\/tmsolutions.com.co\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/image-30-600x300.png 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 826px) 100vw, 826px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Veh\u00edculos de carga podr\u00e1n normalizar su situaci\u00f3n.
