Dentro de los requisitos, se encuentra el tama\u00f1o, color, coeficientes de retrorreflexi\u00f3n (reflectividad de las cintas vista desde diferentes \u00e1ngulos) y demarcaci\u00f3n. Esta \u00faltima, le permite a los transportadores reconocer las cintas que realmente cumplen con lo anteriormente mencionado.<br>En ese sentido, se debe asegurar que la marcaci\u00f3n de la cinta contenga la siguiente informaci\u00f3n: NTC5807, fecha de fabricaci\u00f3n, certificaci\u00f3n internacional DOT-C2 y nombre del fabricante, en ese orden respectivamente; esta marcaci\u00f3n debe estar grabada o moldeada de forma permanente y con tinta indeleble para que esta&nbsp;al tener contacto con otras sustancias no se borre.
